   – Highlight the blend of in-person and remote learning, flexibility in teaching methods, and the importance of engagement and community building in this environment.

  1. Co-Teaching Reflection Teams:

   – Divide participants into co-teaching reflection teams, consisting of both educators and students.

   – Each team should include a mix of in-person and remote participants to encourage diverse perspectives.

  1. Reflective Discussion Prompts:

   – Provide reflective discussion prompts related to the best practices, classroom community building, classroom setup, and essential tech tools outlined in the text.

   – Encourage teams to discuss their experiences, challenges, and successes in each aspect of the hybrid classroom environment.

   – Facilitate open dialogue and sharing of insights among team members.

  1. Sharing and Synthesis:

   – Invite each co-teaching reflection team to share key takeaways and observations from their discussions with the larger group.

   – Encourage participants to listen actively and take notes on common themes, innovative ideas, and actionable strategies shared by their peers.

  1. Collaborative Brainstorming:

   – Facilitate a collaborative brainstorming session where participants generate ideas and solutions to address common challenges or enhance positive aspects of the hybrid classroom experience.

   – Encourage creativity, innovation, and cross-pollination of ideas between different co-teaching reflection teams.

  1. Action Planning:

   – Conclude the exercise by guiding participants to develop action plans based on the insights gained and ideas generated during the reflective discussion and brainstorming session.

   – Encourage participants to set concrete goals, identify specific strategies, and allocate responsibilities for implementing their action plans.

  1. Follow-Up and Support:

   – Provide ongoing support and resources to assist participants in implementing their action plans.

   – Schedule follow-up sessions or check-ins to monitor progress, celebrate successes, and address any challenges encountered along the way.

By engaging in reflective discussions and collaborative brainstorming within co-teaching reflection teams, educators and students can deepen their understanding of the hybrid classroom experience and work together to improve teaching and learning practices in this unique educational setting.
